SHIPPING DAMAGE AND RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Unless delivery is refused, buyer must pay shipping on returns. Please ship item, insured, to the address below.
If you suspect damage has been sustained in transit please refuse delivery as this will greatly expedite the exchange process and save on return shipping costs. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we will need to file a successful claim with the shipper and this will require buyer cooperation.
Return requests that are initiated beyond the 7 day window may be refunded less a 20% restocking fee provided the item is in new and unused condition. Return shipping and insurance must be purchased by buyer if return is older than seven days. Return requests initiated beyond 30 days will not be accepted. However will be happy to help you work with the factory to repair any defective units through your manufacturer warranty.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within three business days of receiving payment and order confirmation. We do not guarantee shipping times but will certainly do our best to get deliveries to you as quickly as possible.
We will be happy to arrange shipping, crating, and packaging of your order (normally performed by third parties).
The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers.
Industry Kitchens will provide as much help as possible in assisting your with any carrier loss or damage claim. However, filing the claim with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Standard packaging for heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet with metal strapping, plastic wrap, and/or (depending on item) bubble wrap, and warning labeling, providing significant deterrent to damage.
We only offer curbside delivery.
Items shipped within New York are subject to 8.375% sales tax.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping promotions are valid for the continental United States only and do not apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
CUSTOMER PICKUP
Most items are available for pick up at our Brooklyn warehouse Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5PM Eastern time (please note that we are closed on most holidays). Our warehouse staff will be pleased to assist you with the loading of your vehicle.
Securing of the load for Customer Pickus is the sole reponsibility of the buyer. Industry Kitchens assumes no liability for damages incurred after the item has left the warehouse.
All Customer Pickups are subject to 8.375% New York sales tax.
The Company accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any item(s) while stored in our warehouse.
All items not picked up within 30 days from close of auction will be cancelled and disposed of. All monies paid related to these items will be forfeited.

Payment must be received within 7 days of end of the auction.
Industry Kitchens accepts PAYPAL but will only ship to a VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS.
Industry Kitchens will only accept credit cards and checks drawn from U.S. Banks
Industry Kitchens will accept PERSONAL CHECKS from U.S. banks, but will hold checks for a minimum of five and up to fourteen business days before shipment
If you have purchased through ebay we expect you to follow through with the transaction and fulfill your part. Make sure all concerns are answered before bidding. Know the packing and shipping charges. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at 800-455-5404.
If the item is not paid after 7 days from the end of the auction, we ask eBay to send a notice reminding the customer that we have not received payment.
After 10 days, we send a last notice reminding the customer that we have not received payment
After 17 days, the item will automatically be cancelled and scheduled for another auction if sold through ebay.
